  • How do I place a custom order? 
  • How do I pay? 
    • If placing a custom order, you will receive an invoice to pay via email. This invoice must be paid in full prior to your order being started. 
    • Please note our timelines when placing and order and paying invoices in a timely fashion. 
    • If purchasing cookies at a pop-up event, cash may be accepted as a form of payment. Otherwise, payments must be made via the online platform. 
  • What is the timeline for ordering custom cookies? 
    • The Custom Request Form must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the date cookies are needed. (For example: Cookies needed for an event on August 8, 2021, the custom order request form would need to be completed no later than July 25, 2021). 
  • What is the availability for purchasing custom cookies? 
    • The SOONER the BETTER! Our availability depends on the number of custom orders placed each week for pickup. 
    • Please note that during holidays and/or seasonal events, custom orders are limited. 
    • We do our best to post our availability calendar at least one month prior. 
  • How do we purchase cookies for holidays/seasons/events/special occasions? 
    • During major holidays, we offer pre-orders through our website for a limited amount of time. Please make sure you are following on social media to be notified of these opportunities. 
    • During the fall, we typically are at a pop-up event at least once per month. This allows you to purchase pre-made designs without having to place a custom order. 
  • How long do the Saved by Sugar Cookies last? 
    • All cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness. 
    • Cookies will stay fresh for up to a week and a half at room temperature or three months in the freezer. 
      • How do I freeze the sugar cookies? 
        • We recommend placing your heat-sealed cookies in an air tight container. To ensure no condensation, do not open the container until the cookies have reached room temperature.
